Amara Hannah just completed her first year studying Communications at York University. She loves photography, snowboarding, and is passionate about the environment. Amara is looking forward to her first year as a counsellor at Camp Kadimah! She has experience working with children of all different age groups, and is eagerly anticipating a summer full of learning and lots of fun! |

This is Lance Kavalsky's second year at Camp Kadimah and he can’t wait for another awesome summer! Lance has just completed Grade 10 at Highland Secondary School and he is ready for a summer filled with fun and excitement. He has gained great experience by volunteering at the Temple Anshe Sholom as well as the Homework Help Club at the Dundas Library. Lance enjoys skateboarding, playing computer games, and having a good time. He also hopes to make this the greatest summer of all time! |

Jamie List is bursting with energy after a long year of studying at McMaster University. She is a new comer to Camp Kadimah and is excited for a summer filled with fun. The campers will soon love Jamie because she makes having fun a priority. Her love for the outdoors and her knowledge of games and sports will guarantee that all of the campers have an amazing summer. Ashley is a fun, creative, smart, bilingual and talented girl that will make sure the kids at Camp Kadimah have the BEST summer they've ever had. Ashley will make sure the campers have fun and learn new and exciting things everyday. Ashley will not only be the kids' counselor, but she will also be their friend. Kevin Rodriguez is excited for this extraordinary summer at Camp Kadimah! When he lived in Miami, he previously worked at Camp Sol Taplin. Kevin enjoys teaching swimming, soccer, and tennis. For those campers who are not into sports, he’ll make sure they have fun by teaching them something new. She’s ecstatic to see all the glimmering faces of the children she has watched grow and mature within the past five years. Mara Waxman is looking forward to another wonderful summer at Camp Kadimah with fellow staff and amazing campers! After completing her undergraduate degree at McMaster, Mara attended Charles Sturt University where she just recently graduated with her Bachelor of Primary Education. With one of her strongest passions being to work with children, Mara is excited to spend more time in a camp environment where children can create lasting memories and relationships. Tzippy Zians is really excited to be a Camp Kadimah counselor this summer. Tzippy has been involved in camps for many years. She has attended both overnight and day camp. Tzippy lives in Hamilton, Ontario but she attends Tifferes Bais Yaakov high school, which is a religious Jewish high school in Toronto, ON. Tzippy has been volunteering in the Hamilton Jewish community with children for the past 2 years, and has also volunteered for the Hamilton community as well. She looks forward to bringing enthusiasm and sharing what she has learned at some of the best Jewish camps in Canada and from her high school. |
